Went to the area to see cherry blossoms and chose this lovely bakery for our sweet treat afterward. The owner and baker Anna was so welcoming and kind. We selected an assortment of take out items and she added a few extra treats for us to try as it's our first time there. Everything was delicious especially the Paris Brest. That cream inside is so good. Anna makes everything homemade. We will definitely be back.

My partner and I went here today for the first time and we both loved it! My partner said it was one of the best Americanos he's ever had. The barista was so kind and welcoming. We each got a chocolate eclair, which were delicious, and we also got one of the heart-shaped strawberry shortcakes to bring home because we are celebrating our 2 year anniversary today. We will definitely be back in the future :)

After a walk in the nearby park, me and my friends were looking for a café and came across La Biso Café right next to Eglinton Station. As soon as we walked in, the owner welcomed us warmly with a big smile and thanked us for coming in. She made us feel really comfortable. We started with coffee, and she gave us complimentary cookies, which was such a nice touch. While chatting, we found out she’s a pastry chef studied and worked in Niagara. She makes all the pastries herself, right there in the café. I asked for a recommendation and tried the Paris-Brest. It was amazing—the cream was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and had a nice buttery flavor. You could really taste the quality and care. Coffee was good as well. We really had a great time. The place is small but cozy, and the whole experience was great. If you’re around the area and want good coffee and homemade pastries, definitely check this place out.
